I have an internal itch in my ear. An internal itch is one which you can't scratch because it's inside your body. In my case, it's inside my head somewhere near the ear canal. I tried picking my ear, but that didn't work. (I just got some ear wax out.) I tried to get it using my tongue, but that didn't satisfy me either. I'm annoyed.
